Semalam kan kata nak diet.. tapi hakikatnya hari nie makan nasi lemak with sambal kentang and a cup of nescafe.. memang lar daku ni penipu besauuuu~!! Ehhhh.. siyesly nie.. saper nak join GENG DIET ngan Cik Bambam nie?? huhuhuhu

Ala bam, ko mkn je la selagi leh mkn ni. cuma jgn over sgt. Cam budak opis aku ni. Nak diet sgt, last2 aritu sakit n g klinik. doc marah n mcm2 xleh nk mkn dah.. haa.. kan ke haru..

CB...kita nie kan...kenkadang tu bukan gemuk pasal makan banyak pun...Kenkadang sama jer mcm org lain mkn. Cuma mungkin ada gangguan hormon dan semestinya kena exercise. Bab exercise tu yg lomaahhhh sket tu. Kok ado geng, bleh la nak jenjalan ke..lari2 anak dan mak ke sket kan. Adoiii...x dapek moral support tu yg susah tu...
